Jyväskylä Travel Centre

Invitational competition, 1st prize and subsequent realization

This group of public buildings in the city centre was realized based on the results of an architectural competition and houses mixed functions and an active social environment during all hours of the day. The complex consists of railway, bus and cargo terminals, commercial spaces and parking facilities as well as an office block. The buildings complete the urban fabric and form an important node in the sequence of outdoor public spaces in the city.
